- Architected the frontend BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) layer.
- Owned site-wide Core Web Vitals — INP 400ms → sub-200ms, CLS 0.15+ → under 0.01 — including moving heavy work off the main thread with Web Workers.
- Maintained the PWA and service-worker caching layer for faster repeat visits.

- Optimised Jenkins CI/CD 16 → 13 min via Next.js cache; config-only deploys ship in seconds.
